Tell me what you're building.

Send the URL, the goal, and what's currently getting in the way. You'll get an honest reply about fit, scope, and the fastest sensible route forward — including when that's simpler than you expected.

What to send me

You don't need a technical brief. These four things are enough for me to give you a real answer:

  • The URL — if a site already exists, even a broken one.
  • What it needs to do — take bookings, sell products, generate leads.
  • What's in the way — what's broken, missing, or slow right now.
  • Your timeline — and whether there's a hard deadline behind it.

If you're not sure what you need technically, just describe the business problem. Working out the technical part is my job, not yours.

Questions I get
asked first.

Can you take over a site someone else built?

Yes — a good share of my work is exactly that. I'll audit what's there first and tell you honestly whether it's worth repairing or rebuilding, including in the case where the honest answer costs me the bigger job.

Can you work in my timezone?

I'm at GMT+8 and regularly overlap US business hours. Tell me the hours you need covered and I'll tell you straight away whether I can commit to them — I'd rather decline than over-promise and miss your meetings.

Do you do small jobs, or only full builds?

Both. Plenty of my work is a single fix — a broken checkout, a page that won't load, a plugin conflict. There's no minimum project size I'll turn away for being too small.

What if I already have a developer?

That's fine, and common. I'm comfortable working alongside an existing team, taking a defined slice of the work, or acting as a white-label developer for an agency that needs extra capacity.

How do we handle payment?

Whatever your platform or company already uses — milestone payments, hourly tracking, or invoicing. If you're hiring through a freelance platform, the platform's own escrow and terms work fine for me.

Can I see something similar to my project?

Almost certainly. Have a look at the live sites or the case studies — and if nothing matches, ask and I'll send a closer example.
